Payment 

We accept many forms of payment including most major credit cards and PayPal. We also accept check, money order, and wire transfer. If you would like to pay with check, money order or wire transfer please contact us for directions.

International orders can only be paid by check, money order or wire transfer. We do not accept credit card payment on international orders.

Shipping:

​

              $6 for order under $100

              $8 for orders between $100-$300

              $10 for orders between $300-$600

              $15 for orders over $600

​

Most orders will ship by First Clas Mail. Higher value orders will ship by Priority or Certified Mail. 

Expedited shipping is available upon request and will be quoted.

All packages will be insured and may require signature.

 

International shipping is a flat fee of $30

Returns & Refunds

 

We offer a 7 day, no questions asked return policy. If you are not satisfied with the coin, we aren't either.  At Woods Rare Coins we really do want to be your numismatic partner throughout your coin collecting journey, and we do not want to see that ruined by a coin you aren't happy with. We will refund the full purchase price, minus shipping charges, in the original form of payment. For a refund to be given we must receive the coin in the same condition (and packaging if applicable) as it was when it left us. Please insure to return package appropriately.

Layaways

Ready to make the big purchase and get that collectible coin you have always wanted? We want you to have that coin too! We offer layaways on coins over $250. Layaways require 1/3 of the purchase price as a down payment, and the remainder in 1/3 installments over two monthly payments. Layaways must be paid in full in 60 days from initial purchase. The coin(s) will ship upon final payment.

We understand things happen, and we will cancel a layaway. We will refund the amount paid to date minus a 10% restocking fee
